The Restaurant
Our evening restaurant is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 6.30pm, where we serve a traditional English menu with a modern twist. Meet in the lounge or courtyard for pre dinner drinks before enjoying your freshly prepared meal in our oak beamed restaurant. The table is yours for the night and we look forward to welcoming you to The Merchants House.
NEWS FLASH! We are excited to welcome our new head chef, Frank Eckermann, to The Merchants House. Frank was Michelin trained by the Roux Brothers and is highly experienced in his field. The evening restaurant will relaunch with a new menu on Friday 25th May 2012. With this in mind we will unfortunately be closed on the evenings of Friday 18th and Saturday 19th May.
On Sundays we offer a traditional Sunday roast served from 12pm – 3pm.
